🐾 Bobbel's treat recipe: Beef liver cookies

Ingredients
- 100 g beef liver (raw or cooked) 🥩
- 1 egg 🥚
- 2 tbsp coconut flour or potato flour 🌾
- 1 tsp coconut oil (optional) 🥥
preparation
- Step 1: Finely puree or chop the beef liver.
- Step 2: Mix with egg, flour and coconut oil to form a sticky dough.
- Step 3: Roll out the dough and cut out small cookies or form flattened balls.
- Step 4: Bake at 170°C for about 12-15 minutes until firm.
- Step 5: Allow to cool completely.
Storage & Shelf Life
- In the refrigerator: Store airtight for up to 1 week
- In the freezer: Up to 3 months
💡 Additional tips
- Extra crunch: Bake at 100 °C for 10 minutes
- Variation: Instead of liver also possible with chicken hearts, salmon or tuna
