Beef liver biscuits for cats

🐾 Bobbel's treat recipe: Beef liver cookies

Ingredients

  • 100 g beef liver (raw or cooked) 🥩
  • 1 egg 🥚
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour or potato flour 🌾
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (optional) 🥥

preparation

  1. Step 1: Finely puree or chop the beef liver.
  2. Step 2: Mix with egg, flour and coconut oil to form a sticky dough.
  3. Step 3: Roll out the dough and cut out small cookies or form flattened balls.
  4. Step 4: Bake at 170°C for about 12-15 minutes until firm.
  5. Step 5: Allow to cool completely.

Storage & Shelf Life

  • In the refrigerator: Store airtight for up to 1 week
  • In the freezer: Up to 3 months

💡 Additional tips

  • Extra crunch: Bake at 100 °C for 10 minutes
  • Variation: Instead of liver also possible with chicken hearts, salmon or tuna
