🐾 Option 1: Without flour
Ingredients
- 100 g chicken or beef liver (raw or cooked)
- 1 egg 🥚
- 1 tsp coconut oil (optional) 🥥
preparation
- Puree liver: Finely puree or chop finely
- Mix: Mix with egg & optionally coconut oil to a homogeneous mass
- Shapes: Place small piles or flat cookies on a baking sheet
- Baking: Bake at 160 °C for approx. 12–15 minutes
- Allow to cool: Allow to cool completely
💡 Tips
- Extra crispy: dry for 10 minutes at 100 °C
- Shelf life: 5 days in the refrigerator | 3 months in the freezer
🐾 Option 2: With flour (grain-free)
Ingredients
- 100 g chicken or beef liver
- 1 egg 🥚
- 2 tbsp coconut flour or pumpkin seed flour 🌾
preparation
- Puree liver: Puree finely or chop very finely
- Make the dough: Mix with egg and flour to a formable mass
- Shapes: Form small cubes or flat cookies
- Baking: Bake at 180 °C for approx. 12–15 minutes
- Allow to cool: Allow to cool completely
Storage & Shelf Life
- Refrigerator: Up to 5 days
- Freezer: Up to 3 months
- Tip: Allow to thaw slightly before serving
