🐾 Bobbel's treat recipe: Salmon and parsley sticks

Ingredients

  • 150 g fresh or cooked salmon 🐟
  • 1 egg 🥚
  • 2 tbsp potato flour 🌾
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley 🌿

preparation

  1. Step 1: Finely puree the salmon.
  2. Step 2: Mix well with egg, potato flour and parsley until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
  3. Step 3: Form small sticks and place them on a baking tray.
  4. Step 4: Bake at 170°C for about 12 minutes until firm.
  5. Step 5: Allow to cool thoroughly before serving.

Storage & Shelf Life

  • In the refrigerator: Store airtight for up to 3 days
  • In the freezer: Keeps for up to 2 months
