🐾 Bobbel's treat recipe: Salmon and parsley sticks

Ingredients
- 150 g fresh or cooked salmon 🐟
- 1 egg 🥚
- 2 tbsp potato flour 🌾
- 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley 🌿
preparation
- Step 1: Finely puree the salmon.
- Step 2: Mix well with egg, potato flour and parsley until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
- Step 3: Form small sticks and place them on a baking tray.
- Step 4: Bake at 170°C for about 12 minutes until firm.
- Step 5: Allow to cool thoroughly before serving.

- In the refrigerator: Store airtight for up to 3 days
- In the freezer: Keeps for up to 2 months
