🐾 Ingredients (for approx. 15–20 cookies)
- 100 g chicken liver (raw or pre-cooked) 🍗
- 1 egg 🥚
- 2 tbsp potato flour (binds without grains!) 🌾
- ½ tsp dried SNOOZYCAT® valerian root 🌿
🔥 Preparation
- Puree the liver: Finely puree the chicken liver – this will make a fragrant paste (yes, Bobbel is already drooling).
- Mix the dough: Add the egg, potato flour, and valerian root and mix thoroughly. The dough should be easily moldable.
- Shape cookies: Shape small cookies or hearts with a cookie cutter – Bobbel loves romance!
- Baking: Bake at 170°C for about 12 minutes until firm but not hard.
- Allow to cool: Valerian fragrance develops best when everything has cooled down well.
