🐾 Ingredients (for approx. 15–20 sticks)
- 200 g turkey breast (lean, skinless & boneless) 🍖
- 1 egg 🥚
- 1 tbsp pumpkin (pureed) or carrot (finely grated) 🎃🥕
- 1 tsp coconut oil (optional) 🥥
🔥 Preparation
- Preparation: Preheat oven to 150 °C & line with baking paper
- Prepare turkey breast: Puree or chop very finely
- Mix: Mix with egg, vegetables & optional coconut oil
- Shape: Form thin sticks or roll out dough flat and cut into strips
- Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes until firm and lightly browned
- Allow to cool: Serve only after cooling
