- 200 g mackerel (fresh or frozen, without bones & skin) 🐟
 - 50 g spinach (fresh or frozen, unseasoned) 🌿
 - 1 tsp salmon oil 🐠

- Cook mackerel in water for 10–15 minutes. 🕒
 - Remove bones and skin, then shred or puree. 🍽️
 - Steam spinach for 3–5 minutes until soft. 🌿
