🐾 Ingredients for 2-3 servings:

  • 200 g mackerel (fresh or frozen, without bones & skin) 🐟
  • 50 g spinach (fresh or frozen, unseasoned) 🌿
  • 1 tsp salmon oil 🐠

🔥 Preparation:

  1. Cook mackerel in water for 10–15 minutes. 🕒
  2. Remove bones and skin, then shred or puree. 🍽️
  3. Steam spinach for 3–5 minutes until soft. 🌿
  4. Add salmon oil – for coat, skin, and bowl temptation. 🐠
  5. Mix everything thoroughly and let it cool. 🐱

📦 Storage & Shelf Life:

  • In the refrigerator: Keep airtight for 2–3 days. 🧊
