🐾 Ingredients for 2-3 servings:

  • 200 g salmon (fresh or frozen, unseasoned) 🐟
  • 50 g oat flakes 🌾
  • 1 tsp coconut oil 🥥
  • 1 egg 🥚

🔥 Preparation:

  1. Cook salmon: Boil in water for about 15 minutes, until cooked through. 🕒
  2. Chop: Cut salmon into small pieces or puree. 🍽️
  3. Cook oatmeal until soft (5–7 minutes). 🌾
